Students will work on front crawl and elementary backstroke 100 yards, back crawl, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly 50 yards, circle swimming, using a pace clock, using pull buoys, fins and paddles while swimming, principles of setting up an exercise program, aquatic exercise and turns for all strokes.
